Abstract

Hematology is the science of blood and the tissues that make up blood are one of the largest organ systems in the body. Blood makes up 6 to 8% of the total body weight and consists of blood cells suspended in a fluid called plasma. This type of research is descriptive cross sectional. The result, t (58) = -0.3737, p> 0.05, t table = 1.67155 where the LED results of the Westergreen Method did not differ significantly from the LED results using the Infrared Method and the result of the Confidence Interval was 95%, meaning that both methods have the same LED examination results. the same thing even though using a different method. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference, where Ho is received from the LED examination using the Westergreen Method with the Infrared Method of the VISIONESR Tool.
